Shipping

When will I get my apparel order?

Because every product is handmade on-demand and we do not carry inventory, we average 3 business day production and offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 14-21 business days (about 2-3 weeks)

Please note, shipping times are estimated and also are contingent upon destination. Once a shipment has left our manufacturing centers, our carriers assume responsibility of the shipment and therefore All Season Apparel cannot guarantee delivery times, only estimated.

 

Returns

All items purchased from All Season are FINAL SALE.

All Season does not accept returns. All Season does not issue refunds. All Season does not offer exchanges of any kind. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed as they are immediately placed in our order processing and fulfillment queue at the time of purchase. All Season items are handmade to order and are FINAL SALE.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@allseasonapparel.com and send your item to: All Season, 5940 Freret Street, New Orleans, LA 70115 United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product

What type of fabric is used for the apparel?

As an eco-friendly brand, most of our products are 100% cotton and some of our products are made of athletic apparel material. For athletic apparel, we use a high-quality polyester blend that delivers comfort and quality.  Look for the "Sporty" label.

What makes your products sustainable and eco-friendly?

Our team works directly with sustainable suppliers, in-house experts who craft every handmade product and our made-to-order business model allows us to operate in a safe ethical manner with minimal environmental impact. Our supplier network includes certifications from Oeko-Tex Standard 100, SGS Printing, and FSC Packaging made from 100% recycled materials.

Are you officially licensed to use college trademarks (logo/colors)?

We have completed the Collegiate Licensing Company registration process and we are an official licensed college partner. We recently launched at Tulane University and look forward to providing new apparel at other schools.

Branding

Does "Daddy" mean something else?

For us, Daddy is an open term. We use the word “Daddy” as a form of empowerment, to inspire confidence and represent comfort. Our customers do not limit the word Daddy to a specific gender and as a fast-growth startup, we encourage as many people as possible to represent their “inner Daddy or Mommy.”
